Inspection of the packing revealed the laser device was placed in the wrong slot causing the button to be depressed from the time it was packaged until I opened it-about a week. The seller took no responsibility for that and said she shouldn’t have shipped it w/batteries. She did offer refund. The listing DID NOT state that I had to supply batteries.
