Well packed and complete with all the little bits and instructions included. Seller shipped with the US Mail, which took a long time--bought on 3/27; shipped on 3/28, delivered 4/5. The US Mail just isn't what it used to be and I question whether it is reasonable to ship this way anymore given how bad it has become.
