Reputable sellers own their mistakes and absorb the additional cost, but this seller offered to re-sell item to me with higher shipping fees. I messaged back agreeing to higher cost. Seller messaged back that blanket was sold to someone else?!? I asked the seller why the order with the 2nd buyer wasn’t cancelled as was done to me…no response. In the meantime, another buyer made an offer to buy. I am a conscientious seller who has received high ratings consistently. There are only two other negative rating-both inaccurate-please read my replies to those.
