    This SHOULD NOT be a positive but no point beating a dead horse. I specifically asked seller about black marks on bars. He said it was light rust which I knew I could remove. When bars arrived, black marks were blued chrome caused by heating to straighten bends. Not saying he did it but the black was clearly not rust. So I requested a refund. We went around in circles messaging. Finally got total refund. Seller needs to 1) know what he’s selling and 2) understand how eBay works.
