    STRONGLITE is a brand the massage instructors recommended.

    This is a fantastic portable chair for beginners. It's 24 lbs. It folds up. The wheels of the chair go through the carrying bag. So you can wheel the chair around without the bag, but the bag helps keep it clean. As stated in the discription, the seat is adjustable in height. I like the knee rests can be removed, one or both. I have a client that cannot bend her right knee, so that leg is in a 45 degree angle while the left knee is kneeling on the pad. The chest pad can be adjusted forward or up and down. So clients of many sizes can get comfortable. Most clients want the face craddle to be adjusted.......No Problem. To adjust the chest pad and the face craddle, flip the black lever on both side, then slide on the pole. Very easy and quick. This is a chair for a budget minded ...
