Unfortunately, all the fish arrived dead and decomposing. I was surprised to see no air space in the bag with the fish, the bag was sealed at the water line so there was no oxygen reserve. The fish were dead long before they arrived at my door. Customer service was absolutely top notch! Great communication, service and obviously the customer comes first.
