    It arrived open. Rice was all in the package. I requested a full refund; & I was only offered $20. I declined the partial refund because the entire rice was contaminated. I was then forced to try and return the package with shipping close to the original $55 purchase price. I declined and was stuck in a pickle. Now I have a 4 gallon pale with contaminated rice. Do not expect good service from this seller. He ships then takes no responsibility.
