Overall, poor transaction with the seller. The item, itself, is good, but the description was misleading. I will not buy from this seller again.

    I responded immediately and apologized for the error in the written description. The photos did NOT show a lid. I offerred a FULL refund and the buyer declined. As she stated "the item itself is good". This negative feedback is wrong and is not a reflection of the item or my customer service and should be removed.
