Said it was a mistake, but the item they sent was an “upgrade” like that makes it better, except I already have the item sent. I wanted the item ordered. They offered to refund less shipping. So I enacted eBay’s money back guarantee. They didn’t respond, so I had to get eBay to step in. Eventually refunded. The item was packaged very well and shipped quickly. Just communication and customer service was poor.
