      Quality is good, Condition is new, Value is good and Appearance is new. Only issue was that it was slightly different from what the original looked like. It doesn't have the same connections as the one in my 95 C1500 and I had to purchase a separate connection cable to convert it to the newer controller. Nothing is mentioned about possibly needing this cable.
