So although my foot measures exactly 9 3/8" (size 9), I sized down to the size 8. I actually wear size 8.5 in regular shoes. I was crossing my fingers and these are perfect! I can wear them well with light socks, heavy socks, or even an insole. My heel is NOT on the back edge, and there's plenty of room at the toe and width. I have a very narrow foot by the way.
