    I appreciate that this company replaced this ring, where the lone petal had arrived fallen off. I did as they requested, sent a photo, etc. My Only true feeling and frustration is that they charged me shipping a second time, when the ring came broken(integrity ) I believe the ring should have been sent Free in good faith. I would not have charged the buyer shipping costs for a replacement....I was also not sent in a message an apology. However, I am happy to have this ring again!
