    The item purchased is very heavy, and the packaging for shipping was not sufficient. Inside the shipping box, the only thing to protect it from the outer walls was tissue paper, so when it got tossed around in the mail it damaged the packaging of the product itself and the shipping box as well. The item was described as new, but the damage to the product’s original retail box now means it can no longer be used for a collectors display.
