It needs a bit more than dust wiped off per description (velcro is fairly dirty and saddle is velcro-based) and a stirrup keeper is missing (which could have easily been missed--I only noticed when I took it apart to clean). But would 100% buy from seller again. I think it's normal risk you take when buying used horse tack!
