      Have about two years of excellent performance from this shovel. It is wide, but not too wide, with side walls, a grooved design, and light, but seemingly durable. Best ever used. Tip: a little parafin wax or similar goes a long way to sloughing off that snow, sticky or otherwise!

      All Plastic shovel blade better

      Bought this because had this shovel with all plastic shovel blade and wooden handle and it was great for fifteen years. Metal edge on blade seems to make snow cling to blade, so you keep having to bang on pavement to get clinging snow off. Shovel is OK, prior model was great so this one had a high bar to reach.

      Good shovel

      Except...the curve on the shovel is too sharp and will not allow the user to get all the snow off the pavement. It always seems to leave a thin, 1/4 inch, path of snow. I am 6'2" and I have to pick the shovel up to a high angle in order for it to work properly. Anyone who is shorter will have a difficult time doing a good job shoveling.

      A great shovel for the price. Great for pavement or concrete. I don't use it on my deck or carport roof as the scraper part of the shovel catches a lot of the nails.
