    Item was sold as new and definitely is not new or unused. Product is not as described, has multiple scratches and marks on it. Shipping was horrible, had to message multiple times- never got a response from seller but product was all the sudden shipped. Packaging was less than acceptable- taped together, box basically destroyed upon arrival. Super upset with the price paid for a used product.

The seller did communicate back. My only thought is it says it comes with everything in the picture but it does not show the cord or bulb in picture listing and it does not come with a bulb. The seller did communicate that it comes with a cord. A+ for me.
