Received product damaged with console being broken & pieces missing, screen not working properly & treadalls misaligned. Contacted seller 5-14 with pics he responded 5-15 that I would get refunded since it was clearly damaged during shipment. Inquired about refund 5-17 no response back. I filed a return request 5-18 no response back. He has kept my money and I am sure filed a claim with the freight company for damaged unit. He is not concerned about my $2000.STAIRMASTER TREADCLIMBER.....CAN SEND VIDEO OR FACETIME (#125385491130)
