    Buy Batteries that have stamped manufacturer date only and only the highest mah rating

    Two things to look for in a specific type of battery you want to shop for: Always only buy a battery with a manufacturing date not only stated but stamped on the product or original packaging....without this date you have no idea of how old or how long the battery has been sitting on a shelf and each manufacturer has there own pre-designed shelf-life based on the particular batteries chemistry. The other major thing to keep in mind is that not all Batteries like the A23 are created equal. The actual power rating varies among Manufacturers and battery chemistry. Always look for the Highest mah, milli amp-hour) rating. The higher the rating the more power the battery has and will last longer. some of these cells can go as low as 150-160mah to the higher end 200-240mah. You don't ;have to be ...

    Good long lasting full power

    Energizer is a great name in batteries. These 12 volt batteries, are powerful, and long lasting. My garage door opener, garage fan, and wireless driveway bell, all use this battery in their wireless controllers. These are perfect for all three.

    2 Energizer

    Individualized packaging for each A23 battery cell keeps them sealed and fresh. These batteries can be used with a short piece of copper wire to create a spark in order to ignite dry tinder if you find yourself in an outdoor survival situation. Me, I just make sure that I always have a Bic lighter in my pocket. It also comes in handy if somebody asks you for a light.
