    I purchased this bag as a gift. Was listed as new. Was shipped and arrived quickly. The leather had scrapes and appeared not to new. Had a tag slide in the pocket. I didn't give as a gift with looking worn. Plus did contacted the seller with a message to let her know I was not pleased. She didn't offer a solution and disagreed said it was new. Replied it was listed New without tags. Very disappointed.

    Multiple images in listing, no scratches. Complained no price tag (listed NWOT). Waited a whole week to report dissatisfaction. Did not send images of "scratches"..I've been a seller for 25 years with over 8000 feedback and it burns my buns when someone with 32 feedbacks leaves a negative with nothing to back it up. Now I have to look at that Negative for 12 months.
