    BAD-BAD-BAD LATE AND USED

    Arrived late and used. The shipping box was reused, relabeled, and resealed. No shipping information inside the shipping box. Inside, the product box was re-taped with invisible tape. The drum was not in a sealed freshness envelope. There was toner powder all over the drum and the freshness envelope. Not Good!! Not Good AT ALL!!! Not as advertised.

I’ve had this sprinter for so long and haven’t really used it much but now have need to do so and almost gave up on getting a decent print out of it and then when I found out I needed a new drum I thought well that’s the end of it. But you had it, I installed it, and it prints. Fabulous. It’s like a new printer thank you so much.
