    It is ok. This is my third switch like this in this room in ten years. I miss the on/off switch at the bottom that my original ones had. On the one the off/on is in each slider so the sliders will take even more daily wear. The knobs eventually fell off the last two original style Hunter fan switches I had like this. I hope they designed the sliders with more strength in the attachment since they expect all daily use will involve sliders now on this model switch. Remarkably easy to wire.

    This product seems to be very cheaply made, the reason I ordered a new switch was because the fan and light control tabs broke on my old unit. This new one is no different.

    Hunter split knobs purchase.

    I could not find the split knobs for my current unit, even when I called the Hunter company. In the end, I bought these just to replace a knob. Totally worth it.
