Medium wall thickness clearish tubing with a 3:1 reduction ratio and strong internal glue that also appears to be a good waterproofing agent. The 3/8" purchased here was a great fit for test lead handles as well as locking down their setscrews! The tubing came folded in triple soft-wrapped. It took over a day to straighten out in a warm room before it could be easily used.
