    Fun Workout!

    This BOSU BALL Balance Trainer will assist you in your quest for fitness! The workouts are pretty strenuous, but in no time at all, you will be having fun with your exercises while using the BOSU. Take your time getting aquainted with each exercise and the ball, making sure to use the proper form at all times. You will soon learn what it feels like to actually engage your "core" for balancing purposes. And, you will see results in no time at all, too. I love this piece of exercise equipment & because I enjoy it so much, I know it will not be a waste of my purchase price. I plan to get a lot of use and benefits from the BOSU Balance Ball.
