Item came as described, well packaged, and on time. Seller was quick to notify me of an issue with the item and took care of it promptly. 10/10 would buy from seller again.
I ordered 2 kits, and one arrived damaged. The plastic spray bottle cracked and all the contents spilled out. Fortunately, the seller was proactive and had packaged the bottle in a ziploc bag. The ziploc bag did leak a little, so the contents of the rest of the kit and the box were soaked. Seller was very responsive and made things right. So 3 stars for the product, but 5+ stars for the seller.

But got one but not the other, contacted seller, then realized on second order I was shipped to my brother's address, which he received and was very appreciative cause he needed it for his lawnmower which is the same as mine.
