    Seller sent wrong item. Paid for a bottle jack over $28 and got a set of garbage drill bits. I contacted them and they requested different picture and proof which I provided immediately. They responded with all these promises of how they were going to make it right. Then they ghosted me for almost 2 weeks and haven't responded to the last 2 communication attempts. I also warned then of this pending negative review with no response. This would have been an easy fix. Refund or fix.

    Incorrect product photo & beware "old lady" fragrance

    I was so disappointed to receive this product. I guess it has been reformulated and marketed under a new product name: Wrinkle Therapy. I could ignore the new name if it didn't smell super perfumey. I feel like an old lady using it, and have to hold my nose so I don't smell it while I'm washing. I would return it, but not worth the expense of a return, so I've chosen to just suck it up--for the next xx months! Ug.

    IF you don't care for fresh foamy feel

    First off this product has entirely different packaging and I believe different ingredients. What I received has CoQ10, but also has rosehip and some other stuff which is actually good for your skin, also it's in a maroon bottle. Anyhow, this product does not leave your skin feeling clean, refreshed, scrubbed what so ever. It's very thick and creamy and feels as though you are washing your face with lotion. I even attempted using it with my electric face brush but still it's not what I expected. DO NOT BOTHER WASHING EYE MAKEUP not even a slight amount as it only smears it around your face and you have to scrub harder. Not going to purchase this product ever again.
