Works as described, a perfect upgrade/replacement for a failing/failed OEM ICU, with a dew new features to boot! Has a new board with new electronics is an OEM casing, so it fits exactly as it would from factory. Price is fair given what you’re getting, as finding used ICU’s is easy, but whether or not the actually work, let alone how many you might end up buying before you find a working one. Overall, a great buy and upgrade for any 4th generation Civic!

Awesome product, it came with some scratches but it is a rebuilt item, other than that it fit and worked flawlessly. Definitely feels more robust. I live in Hawaii and it got to me in 4 days. My turn signals work again.

The seller contacted me about my feedback and I’d like to state that it’s not a rebuilt item. It’s a new circuit board in an old case which could have dings and scratches.

Better quality than OEM, with more features! Finally a modern replacement/upgrade for a known failure point in the 4th Gen Civic/2nd Gen CRX. Seems to be well made, lots of effort in the design, all features work, will undoubtedly outlast the cars themselves!
