    Product package came crushed and damaged—I didn’t even need to open the box, the gel just fell out on its own through the crumpled box flaps. Fortunately, the gel tube itself was alright since the seal was still intact; however, it is NOT eBay’s standard of the ‘new’ condition as listed, which says it should be an “undamaged item.” Ironically, the seller doesn’t accept returns “without original packaging or with damaged packaging,” yet that’s how it arrived.
