    This is the first time I have provided negative feedback in 25+ years of using eBay. Item was item listed as new and unopened. It showed up dirty (see pics) from being used and smelled of cigarette smoke. There was mildew (not dirt) on all the contact points it made with the Jeep. I had to soak in white vinegar and power wash it. Returns were not accepted so he apologized and said he would provide a 25% refund (via a money order) ONLY if I left him positive feedback. Told him to keep his $10.
