I indicated that lesser condition was probably OK, but suggested the price be adjusted accordingly via partial refund. Without a word, he cancelled the order falsely claiming to eBay that I requested the cancellation, and emailed me some legalese double talk pretending my suggesting a price commensurate with revised condition meant that I backed out.
