    1989 Batman Grapnel Launcher

    This grapnel gun from the 89 Batman movie is a great looking prop for the costume. It was what was expected, but it looks great, and is fun. The grapnel shoots out about 5 feet on a string, but I didn't buy it for function. The handle folds out, and it takes a couple of LR1 batteries to make the grapnel work. Overall, I like it for the looks alone, and makes a great item for the costume.

    Not sure what happened to the string as it don't have one. It was used so I'm definitely not complaining. Everything is in great shape.

    Bat-grapple-kinda

    Short cord, low distance velocity. It’s cool, but undersized and more of a toy rather than a “replica” - definitely not screen-accurate, but close and good value for what it is. Make sure you have two “N” batteries - or you’ll be left with no way to recoil the string back.
