    This is a lie. Buyer and eBay were both sent proof that I sent out the package, but unfortunately USPS lost the package while it was under their possession. Everyone who sells from eBay knows how strict they are. Ebay closed your case because you filed a dispute through your bank so you no longer qualified for your “eBay money back guarantee.” I can understand the frustration from the buyer but I did everything I could to help and still got this negative feedback.
