I had an issue with the trackpad, they sent me a label same-day and turn around was less than 5 days and I was given a new trackpad and the customer service rep I spoke with was on the money with communications and service. Great guy! If you guys want a Thinkpad that's in great shape, these are your guys. The computer works great.
