I had an issue with the trackpad, they sent me a label same-day and turn around was less than 5 days and I was given a new trackpad and the customer service rep I spoke with was on the money with communications and service. Great guy! If you guys want a Thinkpad that's in great shape, these are your guys. The computer works great. The only issue is when I had to leave after I closed the screen the power cord wasn’t completely inserted it worked itscway out and on boot up a system file was corrupted.Dell Latitude 15.4” Laptop - Intel Core 2 Duo, 4GB Ram, 160GB HDD, Win XP Pro (#126795927129)
