      The seller was friendly and noted a shipping delay, but the items arrived quickly. Bought 2 of 4 drives that were for sale, one arrived DOA. Thankfully, both were under warranty as stated in the listing, and WD handled the RMA smoothly. No issues since. Docking one star for not disclosing possible drive issues and another for mislabeling them as "Red Pro" when they were actually "Red Plus".
