    There is a very good reason why this seller has a 100% feedback rating. The circuit board I received was shipped promply and well packaged. Unfortunately the part was defective. I messaged Martin's Exchange about this problem. Within minutes they messaged me back and offered me a full refund, which I accepted. They then issued my refund immediately.
