        Purse had what looks like black paint or a sharpie on front of Kate Spade purse. It’s trash. I have given her till Monday at 5 pm then take drastic steps to get my money back and even told her I will ship back to her on my dime .

        This buyer sent me a threatening and unhinged message demanding a refund for the item. The buyer claimed there was a black mark on the bag that did not exist upon shipping. I left detailed pictures and descriptions of the damage that did exist. I suspect this buyer was trying to scam me after damaging the bag themselves. She also threatened to hack my social media accounts and have her friends harass me online. Sadly this feedback was left to punish me for not complying with her craziness.
