When he received item, there was a tear in the card and the plastic was dented. Those defects were not in the pictures, and reduces value of item. Contacted seller who stated item was fine when they shipped it. Item was wrapped really well and placed in a sturdy box. I don't see how it could have been damaged in shipping. The damage in his picture would have been extremely obvious.The pictures show no damage in the area claimed. The item was opened or not even the same item I had sent.
