When I received the item and turned it on it already had an address connected to it and I had to reset the device to use it. That is used. Once I contacted seller they replied with instructions on how to reset it. Seller did offer a $10 refund but I have not received any such refund as of yet. I install these for my business. I can not ethically charge clients for a new controller but install a used one.
