        The item is definitely new. Had great communication with the seller they reached back out to me very quickly. And I literally had the best shipping experience you could ask for it was delivered to me within 3 days of closing the auction.         I do offer refund within 30 days, but you have to actually return the item. That is how this works. We have sold several of these and these were sealed brand new so I need this back so I can send it back to whom I purchased it from. We are definitely not a scammer, but maybe question your intentions bc you haven't even put in for a return and want your money back without returning the item????
