      Your e correct. Message from seller: In all fairness I provided an accurate photo of what was being sold. The remote that was in the sale was the exact remote that was sold by the manufacturer, it did not have volume nor a power button, and this was clearly shown in the photos. The package DOES function as intended by the manufacturer, and it IS NOT the incorrect remote as the buyer claims, it was the one originally sold by the manufacturer. Feedback is inaccurate.

      The correct remote was shipped with the item, take a look at every other Roku 3600X on eBay and you will see that's true. If you had contacted me before leaving feedback I could have tried to help you correct your problem or given you a refund, Sorry you are having issues but the item was working perfectly when shipped, including the remote control.
