After sever telephone calls with USPS it was determined that the substitute driver did not even attempt delivery and the item was shipped back to the seller. Although I await the return to me of the purchased item I commend the seller on his outstanding communication! He is paying out of his pocket for the shipping when it wasn't even his fault.
