      Seller said most records were VG+ with a few VG. On arrival, many had visible scratches. I sent photos and asked if that’s really VG/VG+. He said grading was visual and added two extras “to balance it out,” claiming he’d mentioned some might be lower grade—which he hadn’t (see screenshots). Overall, the condition didn’t match the listing or our conversation, and key titles were worse than expected.
