I contacted eBay and I was able to return this item for a full refund. also the seller re assure me that he was going to change the listing after he agree it was not a true BTR and he hasn't .

Contacted seller and he said he'd honer a return if everything checked out. I got suspicious of the way the seller was responding to me so I looked the actuator over and googled the identifiable marks "Singapore" on the bottom bearing. I had to send the seller pictures of everything including the actuator itself and his response was that it nor the box looked tampered with. The part he identified as sending is a fake as well!!!!
