In sellers photo the stamps were face side up, red. It arrived and was obviously opened/no shrink wrap on package. Opened lid and found stamps were flipped over black side up, different then sellers photos. Several stamps were used with ink residue. Contacted seller they claimed they dropped it when packaging and didn' know it was used.
