She went above and beyond ensuring that the (glass) apothecary jars arrived safely. The USPS dropped the ball but was no fault of the seller. She shipped the jars very quickly. She was watching the shipment closely and reached out to me expressing concern about the USPS delay. The jars finally arrived and in beautiful condition.

Regretful that I won't get the item, but grateful to Nanny for her follow-through. She kept me informed of the order status during the fruitless search. Thanks for her efforts and customer service.
