Which was smashed flat by the weight of the mail laying on top of it. Live plants of any kind should be required to ship in a sturdy box to protect it from being smashed flat by the weight of the mail laying pressing down on it. Unfortunately due to the handling process and the cold .. a couple snails had a broken shell but this is not the sellers fault. The other snails came out their shells within 10 minutes and were active and very happy/healthy. Seller kept a clear and open communication and was very friendly.
