      Quality you can Feel!

      The effects of Vitamin C can vary from one person to another but one thing for sure is I feel the effects rather quickly, energy boost, muscle soreness gone etc. Keep in mind though, I do take 5000 mg and sometimes more a day and that's how you can benefit from Vitamin C.
