      There were three main failures by the seller in this transaction: 1. Shipping - Took a long time to get the product. Not a huge deal, but still annoying. 2. Missing Parts - The product has advertised as “like new” return, but it was actually missing a part, so I can’t use it. 3. Communication - Seller offered to get a replacement part, and then has ghosted me for the past 4 days. I don’t think the seller would wait for days for my money if I had already received the product.

      A lot of bang for your buck.

      The system is very easy to set up and the operation is easy to understand. With the Home App from TCL, you have the ability to fine-tune the eq of the system with your smart phone and it automatically calibrates the system to the room's acoustics. The sound is awesome. For the price, this is a great system.

      Not worth the money

      It will not stay connected to the TCL TV or remote, using a HDMI cable. Not pleased with it. Would return it but burned the box it came in. I don't recommend this system.
