They were active and healthy, moving around immediately upon unpacking. These are the best quality snails that I have purchased anywhere and a great value. The packaging surpassed any purchases that I have made previously. They were packaged carefully in a container that included water and a plant that would insure that they would arrive in perfect condition. I would definitely buy from this seller again!
