When the watch arrived the battery was still dead. I took the watch to our jewelers to have it examined and the correct battery installed. Our jeweler replaced the battery and resealed the watch. The watch now runs beautifully! The seller reimbursed us for the new battery and reseal. For showing such good faith and kind follow through alone, this seller gets 5 stars in my book! I refunded the money immediately. As an international buyer, you should have checked out import fees and such before making a purchase, so I don't know why you would leave such a negative feedback.
